Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all students taking private singing lessons with Sabrina Parente. By booking and attending lessons, you agree to the following terms.

1. Block Bookings

Packages are non-refundable.
Discounted block bookings (3, 5, or 10 lessons) must be used within a year unless arranged in advance. Any unused lessons after this period may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

2. In-Home lessons

I offer the convenience of in-home lessons. Please note that these sessions include an additional fee to cover travel time and expenses. Contact me directly for detailed pricing based on your location.

3. Free Consultation Policy

A free consultation is offered once to new students as an introductory session to discuss goals, vocal background, and lesson structure.
If the consultation is cancelled or missed, it cannot be rebooked. This session is offered only once per person.

4. Payment & Booking

All lessons must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal at the time of booking.
Time slots will only be confirmed and added to the teaching diary once payment has been received.
Bookings are handled on a first-paid, first-served basis.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and the session will be charged in full.
In the event of an illness or previously rescheduled lesson, students are required to confirm their attendance at least 24 hours before the newly scheduled session. If confirmation is not received in this time frame, the time slot may be released to other students and considered cancelled.

6. Lateness

It is the student’s responsibility to arrive on time for the lesson.
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time and the missed time cannot be made up.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a missed (non-refundable) lesson.

7. Communication

All lesson-related communications (payments, cancellations, scheduling) must be sent via email or text with as much notice as possible.
